Pool Registration

It is time once again to start planning for sun-filled days with your family at our pool. The Board will like to introduce Sweetwater Pools as the Lifeguard Provider this year. The lifeguards are American Red Cross Certified to ensure compliance with all state and local laws.

Fence Inspection

Recently the Board of Directors requested that the management company conduct a perimeter fence inspection. If your fence is need of repair or replacement, please make efforts to correct the violations as soon as possible.

It’s Almost Pool Season

Pool season is fast approaching and we are pleased to announce that Sweetwater Pools will be providing lifeguard services to Kirkwood Country this year. Sweetwater Pools is a fast growing full service Pool Company with many years of experience in providing not only lifeguard services but pool maintenance and repairs as well.

Hurricane Season

After one of the quietest hurricane seasons in decades, forecasters predict a below-average 2014 Atlantic hurricane season. The early outlook released March 24, 2014 calls for 11 named storms, including 5 hurricanes, two of which are predicted to attain major hurricane status, Category 3 or stronger. You can never be too cautious when it comes to protecting your family and property.

Prohibited Yard Parking Ordinance

The Board of Directors is pleased to announce that the Prohibited Yard Parking Ordinance, Ordinance 2013-1132 was passed by Houston City Council on December 11, 2013, and is now in full force! All residents should be advised that parking any vehicle in your yard is a misdemeanor and violators will be fined not more than $150.00 per day.
